We want you to be fully satisfied with your Alphalete gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training and lifestyle needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
